ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Information Shibli Faraz said that the cabinet has postponed the decision to increase the Pakistan Television (PTV) fee in the electricity bills.

The minister said that public representatives should disclose their assets. “The cabinet has lauded the decision as assistants and advisers are party of the government,” he added.

Shibli Faraz said that the government has restarted Bhasha Dam and the nation would see its results. “The PM has ordered to pay off the arrears of the media and I have been assigned this task,” he said.

He said that action would be taken against profiteers. “We have placed some orders as there was shortage of 1.5 million tons of wheat,” he added.

The minister said that they requested the Sindh government not to levy tax on wheat import.
