Citizens ransack Wapda office in protest against 3-day shutdown in Pakpattan

PAKPATTAN (92 News) – Citizens ransacked Wapda office in protest against three-day shutdown in the city on Monday.

The protesters entered the office and broke different items. They also broke glasses of government vehicles parked in the office. They also tortured the Wapda employees and burnt valuable documents.


They said that their costly home appliances have burnt due to power outage and frequent tripping. They alleged that the Wapda employees demand gratification for each work.

A heavy contingent of police reached the spot and controlled the situation.
